Where we deliver

Anywhere in India. We ship from Bangalore by courier.

How long it takes

We pack and hand over within 24 to 48 hours of an order. Most addresses see the parcel two to six days after that. A remote pincode takes longer, and we will tell you if yours is one.

What it costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout by weight and pincode. It is free above the threshold shown in your cart. Cash on delivery carries a small fee, shown before you confirm.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link on WhatsApp and by email. The order status page is the place to look; the courier's own page has the deeper detail.

If delivery fails

The courier reattempts. After the reattempts the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship, which we charge at cost, or to refund.

Packaging

Jars travel in a carton with cushioning. Pouches travel flat. Nothing we send is wrapped in more plastic than it needs.
