Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in India. We ship from Bangalore by courier.

How long does it take?

We pack and hand over within 24 to 48 hours. Most addresses see the parcel two to six days after that, depending on the pincode.

What does delivery cost?

It is calculated at checkout by weight and pincode, and it is free above the threshold shown in your cart.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, on most pincodes and under a cart value cap. You confirm the order on WhatsApp before we pack it.

Can I change my address?

Before we hand the parcel to the courier, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Storage and shelf life

How long does a pack last?

At a teaspoon a day, a jar is about a month. The best before date is printed on every pack.

How do I store it?

Lid tight, away from heat and light, with a dry spoon. Moisture is what spoils a powder.

Why no preservatives?

Because we make small batches often rather than large batches that have to keep. It is also why a pack has a shorter life than a supermarket one.

How to use

How much do I use in a day?

One teaspoon, for the two you drink. The masks are weekly and the cleanser is daily. Each pack says so on the back.

Can children have the latte or the blend?

These are foods made of kitchen spices, not medicines. For a child, or in pregnancy, or alongside prescribed medication, ask your doctor first.

Can I use the masks together?

Yes. The hair mask first, then the face mask while the hair one sets, is how the Sunday stop is written.

Do I need to patch test?

Yes, for anything that goes on skin or scalp. A little on the inside of the forearm, left for a day.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a food product?

Not once it is opened. If a parcel arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.

How do refunds work?

To the method you paid with, within five to seven working days of us approving it. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Payments and COD

Which payment methods do you take?

UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, and cash on delivery where it is available.

Is paying here safe?

Payments are handled by the gateway, on its own page. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

My payment failed but the money left my account.

It is held by your bank and released, usually within five to seven working days. Send us the order number on WhatsApp and we will track it with you.

The products

What is the difference between a refill and a jar?

The same powder. The jar is the glass one you keep on the counter; the refill is the pouch you top it up from, and it costs less.

Can I use water instead of milk?

You can, and some people do. Milk carries the spices better and is how it is usually made, but water works if you would rather.

Does it stain?

Turmeric does, yes. Rinse the cup soon after rather than leaving it standing, and keep the powder off a wet counter.

Before or after a meal?

Either. Most people take it after, and some take it first thing with warm water instead. There is no rule we would defend.

Is the sprinkle hot?

Mild. The chilli is Byadgi, which is chosen for color rather than heat, so it tastes of garlic and roasted flax more than of chilli.

Water or curd for the hair mask?

Either. Water gives a lighter paste that rinses out quickly; curd gives a thicker one that takes longer to wash through.

Can I use the cleanser every day?

It is a scrub as much as a wash, so most people use it a few times a week rather than daily. Patch test first.

Water or rose water for the face mask?

Either. Rose water is what most people reach for and it smells of the petals in the jar; plain water does the same job.
